Dedicated shortcode - One off set up fee Kes. 25,000 and a monthly network fee of 15,000+VAT. Comes to 17,400

Sender ID

Fee of KES 7000 per Sender ID per network (Airtel, Safaricom and Telkom). Safaricom requires separate sender ID for transactional and promotional SMS. The mandatory sender id documentation required captured below.

Sender id letter, done on client's letterhead, signed and stamped.
Copy of the business certificate of incorporation, trademark license or Business registration license.

Shared USSD code –

Set up One off Kes. 15,000. Monthly rental fee 5,800 for prepaid. and 5,800 for postpaid tariff. Postpaid tariff pays for the hops 1.5 shillings per hop.

Dedicated USSD code for ALL networks-One off set up fee Saf and Airtel 140,000, Monthly 40k per network. One Month deposit of 40,000 for Safaricom. This is mandatory what Safaricom requests for. Telkom and Equitel set up you can charge 75k each or 100k because at cost it's 50k plus VAT.Monthly network for all 4 networks is 40,000.
